Rotten Egg

"That One Time I Ate A Rotten Egg From My Office While Pulling An All Nighter As A Middle-aged Depressed Minimum Wage Worker And It Sent Me To An Alternative Reality" or simply "Rotten Egg" is a collaborative project alongside Bernat Mateu Bou. Together we came up with the story of Gorg P. - an exploited middle aged worker who gets transported to an alternative reality where he gets to rediscover the meaning of life. Artistically inspired by movements such as Russian Constructivism and Fauvism, in this project I worked on the designs and artistic parts of the project, while Bernat wrote the story. I also made 2 animatics, which you can see below.

Animatics

Circus Clown Colors

This is one of my university projects where we had to propose a pitch for an animation project with children as our target audience. I made a project about a group of circus clowns who teach children about colors. Each of the clowns is inspired by the different color theory terms - Hue, Saturation and Value.

Another World

This is another university project where we had to propose a pitch for an animation project with every demographic as our target audience. For this one I chose to tell the story of Pebble, a little girl who LOVES to collect rocks. One day, she discovers a particularly interesting rock, that leads her to another world - a world full of anthropomorphic animals. She embarks on an adventure to try to get out of this world, encountering both friends and enemies along the way.

Gaze Not Upon Her

This is another university project where we had to propose a pitch for an animation project, but this time our target audience was for an adult animated project. Here, we encounter an unusual love story between two women, who discover and explore a different unconventional type of love filled with blood, devotion and consummation. Inspired by the poem "Babylon The Great" by Christina Rossetti, I decided to tell a story of two cannibalistic lovers who are so devoted to each other they are ready to give each other their all, literally.
